1. General Terms

1.1 By accessing or using the services offered by PickleSquad, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our services.

1.2 PickleSquad reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

1.3 This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the customer) and PickleSquad.


2. Bookings and Reservations

2.1 All bookings, whether for court usage, coaching, or private events, must be made through our official website or any accepted booking system.

2.2 Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Payment can be made via the available payment methods listed on our website. A Booking Confirmation must be generated and presented to validate your reservation; without it, your booking is not considered valid.

2.3 All cancellations must be made at least:
• 24 hours in advance for court bookings.
• 7 days in advance for private events.

2.4 All bookings are non-refundable, even with early cancellation notice.

2.5 Customers must provide a Booking Confirmation (either printed or electronic) at the counter before accessing the court.

2.6 If PickleSquad cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facility unavailability, extreme weather, or other valid reasons), you will receive either a full refund or an option to reschedule.

2.7 No-shows or failure to notify us in advance will result in no refund, and full payment will be retained.


3. Court Usage and Rules

3.1 All users must comply with PickleSquad’s safety and court rules. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

3.2 PickleSquad is not liable for injuries sustained while using the court or facilities. All activities are undertaken at the user’s own risk.

3.3 Courts operate on a first-come, first-served basis unless reserved. Users must vacate courts promptly at the end of their booking period.

3.4 Disruptive behaviour or activities that compromise other players’ safety or experience are prohibited.

3.5 Any damage to the court or equipment caused by a client may result in compensation charges.

3.6 Clients must adhere to the posted court etiquette to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all users.


4. Private Events and Group Bookings

4.1 Private event bookings require a non-refundable deposit to be paid at least 7 days in advance.

4.2 Full payment for private events must be completed no later than 7 days before the event date.

4.3 A refundable damage deposit may be required. Refunds are subject to a post-event inspection of the venue.

4.4 Venue capacity limits must be adhered to. Overcrowding may lead to event cancellation without refund.

4.5 All guests must comply with PickleSquad’s safety and facility rules during private events.


5. Coaches and Training Services

5.1 Coaches are expected to uphold professional standards and adhere to PickleSquad’s guidelines.

5.2 All coaches must complete mandatory background checks and hold relevant certifications.

5.3 PickleSquad is not liable for damages or injuries caused during training sessions.

5.4 Coaches may not solicit clients outside PickleSquad without explicit permission.

5.5 PickleSquad reserves the right to terminate coaching agreements for policy violations.


6. Equipment Rental

6.1 Rented equipment must be returned in its original condition. Damaged or lost items may incur replacement fees.

6.2 Clients must notify staff immediately if equipment malfunctions or becomes unsafe to use.


7. Payment, Pricing, and Refund Policy

7.1 All fees must be paid in full before services are provided. Payments are processed through secure channels available on our website.

7.2 Prices are listed in local currency (RM) and are subject to change. Price changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

7.3 Confirmed bookings are non-refundable. However, bookings may be transferred to another person with prior notice to staff. The new client must present the original Booking Confirmation.

7.4 For private events or group bookings, cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in partial forfeiture of the deposit.

7.5 Additional fees may apply if extra services are requested beyond the original booking scope.


8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 PickleSquad is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and process personal data (e.g., name, contact details, payment information) as necessary to deliver our services.

8.2 All personal data is handled in compliance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and our Privacy Policy.

8.3 By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.4 PickleSquad will not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.


9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on PickleSquad’s website, including logos, images, text, and videos, is the intellectual property of PickleSquad.

9.2 Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any website content without written consent is prohibited.

9.3 Unauthorized use of PickleSquad’s trademarks or logos is strictly prohibited.


10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 PickleSquad is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the use of our courts or facilities.

10.2 In the event of disputes, PickleSquad’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

10.3 PickleSquad is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.

10.4 PickleSquad is not liable for delays or cancellations due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.


11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

11.2 Any legal disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Penang, Malaysia.


12. Termination of Use

12.1 PickleSquad reserves the right to terminate or suspend services for users who violate these Terms and Conditions.

12.2 Users remain responsible for any outstanding payments or obligations upon account termination.


13. Force Majeure

13.1 PickleSquad will not be held liable for failure to fulfil obligations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
