Shipping, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Cancellation Prior to Shipment
  • If you cancel your order(s) before it ships from our warehouse, you will not be charged any additional fees.
  • Submit your cancellation request by emailing us at [email protected].
  • Once the cancellation request is received, a full refund will be initiated.
  • We advise submitting your cancellation request within 12 hours of your order submission for a cancellation prior to goods shipment.

Return Window: Orders are returnable within 7 working days from delivery if they are incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Only items purchased directly from PICKLESQUAD SDN BHD are eligible for return. Products from other retailers must follow their respective policies.
Goods are eligible for return if:
  • Incorrect: Wrong item, size, color, or missing items.
  • Damaged: Damaged upon receipt, tampered, refurbished, or modified.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to return goods. Returns are applicable only for a complete PICKLESQUAD SDN BHD product.
Returned items must meet all of the following:
  • Shipped back within 7 working days upon receipt (as proved by postal or courier receipt).
  • Proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
  • Item in new condition, original packaging, and includes any free gifts. Packaging must be unused, unmarked, and not defaced.
  • Returned in the original box or suitable packaging to protect the product during return delivery.
Note: Change of order and cancellation will not be permitted once payment is confirmed. Cancellations due to change of mind will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to reject any cancellation or refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.

Refund Policy

Your full refund will be issued once we have received and examined the returned goods at our return center. Once the returned goods fulfill our return policy, the full refund will be initiated. The method of refund will depend on your original payment method:

  • Online Bank Transfer: Full refunds will be credited into your bank account via online bank transfer within 3-5 working days.
  • Credit Card: Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank. Please contact your card-issuing bank regarding the duration of the credit refund.


Shipping Policy

Shipping Address: We only ship to addresses provided in the billing or shipping address during your purchase. Please ensure correct addresses and a reachable phone number are provided. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and only to valid shipping addresses. We are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses. All re-delivery of goods will incur additional shipping charges.

Change in Shipping Address: For changes, email us at [email protected] within 12 hours of your order submission. Requests after 24 hours upon order confirmation will incur additional shipping charges.

Shipping Time: Goods typically arrive within 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday). Deliveries occur during office hours, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays only.

Tracking Number: Once goods leave our warehouse and are picked up by our shipping partner, the tracking ID will be emailed to you and updated in your member account.
